Closing criminal proceedings against a client

Elegit has developed and implemented a strategy for defending the director of an enterprise in criminal proceedings regarding illegal extraction of mineral resources of national importance.

As a result of the case consideration by the court of first instance, the proceedings were closed and the client was released from criminal liability.

The prosecution did not appeal the decision.
