Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data, I simultaneously and voluntarily give consent and permission to the “Elegit” Bar Association (hereinafter – the “Association”) to carry out any actions or a set of actions, fully or partially in the information (automated ) to the system, or to the filing system (hereinafter referred to as “processing”) of all personal data provided by me and specified in the subscription form and/or in electronic correspondence and/or transferred by me in another way, including cross-border transfer and transfer to third parties authorized by the Association on providing IT support for the subscription management service for the purpose of distributing thematic newsletters and/or other information related to the Association’s activities using telecommunication networks, including e-mail, SMS messages, and telephone communication.

I hereby confirm the absence of any restrictions on the right to process personal data provided by me to the Association, as well as my voluntary consent to the use of such personal data by the Association, granting the right of processing and access to representatives of the Association and the above-mentioned third parties for the above-mentioned purposes during the term necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing or until the withdrawal of my consent.

I am also aware that I can at any time make a request and/or change my personal data held by the Association, as well as withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data by notifying the following address: info@elegit .com.ua

I agree that the Association will not separately inform me about the transfer of my personal data to third parties and/or about the change of my personal data and/or their destruction. The change and/or destruction of my personal data will be carried out by the Association based on my individual request at the above address.

I understand that I can refuse to receive the relevant newsletter using a special link in the message of the Association.
